Epoxy Floor Coatings
Seamless, high-gloss, built-to-last epoxy systems for garages, basements, and living spaces across southeastern MA & RI.
Why Choose Us
The Last Floor You'll Ever Need
Epoxy floor coatings are the gold standard for residential and commercial concrete floors. When properly installed, a quality epoxy system bonds directly to the concrete substrate, creating a surface that's harder, more durable, and far more attractive than bare concrete.
At Precision Concrete Floors, we use only premium two-part epoxy systems — not the thin, peel-prone kits sold at hardware stores. Our coatings are 10–20x thicker, chemically bonded, and backed by a full workmanship warranty.
- 10–20x thicker than DIY kits
- Chemically bonded to concrete
- Resistant to oil, chemicals & abrasion
- Seamless, easy-to-clean surface

Our Epoxy Installation Process
Diamond Grinding
We use professional diamond grinders to open the concrete pores and create the mechanical profile needed for a permanent bond. This is the most critical step — and the one most DIYers skip.
Crack & Spall Repair
All cracks, chips, and surface defects are filled and feathered flush with the surrounding concrete. We don't coat over problems — we fix them first.
Primer Coat
A penetrating epoxy primer is applied to seal the concrete and ensure maximum adhesion for the topcoat system.
Base Coat Application
The pigmented epoxy base coat is applied at the correct mil thickness using professional squeegees and rollers.
Decorative Layer
For flake or metallic systems, the decorative element is applied at this stage and worked into the wet base coat.
Polyaspartic Topcoat
A UV-stable, scratch-resistant polyaspartic topcoat seals and protects the system, delivering the final gloss level and long-term durability.
