Polished Concrete Floors
Transform raw concrete into a mirror-like architectural finish. The premium flooring choice for modern homes and commercial spaces.
Why Choose Us
Concrete Refined to Perfection
Polished concrete is the process of mechanically grinding, honing, and polishing a concrete slab to achieve a smooth, reflective surface. Unlike coatings that sit on top of the concrete, polished concrete IS the concrete — refined and perfected.
The result is a floor that reflects light beautifully, requires almost no maintenance, and only gets better with age. It's the flooring choice of architects, designers, and homeowners who want something genuinely premium.
- No coatings — the concrete itself is the finish
- Reflects light for a brighter space
- Virtually maintenance-free
- Gets better with age
Pick Your Finish
Gloss Levels — Choose Your Finish
Level 1 — Flat
A matte, non-reflective surface with a smooth feel. Hides imperfections well. Ideal for industrial and rustic aesthetics.
Level 2 — Satin
A low-sheen finish with subtle reflectivity. The most popular choice for residential spaces — refined without being flashy.
Level 3 — Semi-Gloss
Noticeable reflectivity that brightens spaces significantly. Excellent for open-plan living areas and commercial spaces.
Level 4 — High Gloss
Mirror-like reflectivity. The most dramatic finish — turns a concrete floor into a design centerpiece.
How We Do It
The Polishing Process
Coarse Grinding
We start with coarse diamond tooling (16–30 grit) to remove surface irregularities, old coatings, and open the concrete aggregate.
Medium Grinding
Progressive finer grits (50–100) refine the surface and begin developing the profile that will hold the densifier.
Densifier Application
A lithium silicate densifier is applied to chemically react with the concrete, hardening and densifying the surface for a more durable, reflective finish.
Fine Honing
200–400 grit tooling refines the surface further, removing scratches from previous passes and developing the base sheen.
Polishing
800–3000 grit resin-bonded diamond pads bring the floor to the specified gloss level, from satin to mirror-like.
Guard Application
A penetrating concrete guard is applied to protect against staining and enhance the final sheen.
The Benefits
Why Choose Polished Concrete
Timeless Aesthetic
Polished concrete never goes out of style. It complements modern, industrial, and even traditional interiors.
Lowest Maintenance Floor
No waxing, no recoating, no stripping. Dust mop and damp mop — that's it.
Exceptional Longevity
A properly polished concrete floor can last the lifetime of the building. There's nothing to peel, chip, or delaminate.
Improves Air Quality
Unlike carpet or grout lines, polished concrete doesn't harbor allergens, dust mites, or mold.
Thermal Mass Benefits
Concrete absorbs and releases heat slowly, helping regulate indoor temperature and reduce energy costs.
Sustainable Choice
Polishing uses the existing concrete slab — no new materials, no adhesives, no waste.
